Who we are and what we do
Poetry Scotland is published twice-yearly as an A4 broadsheet, showcasing new poetry in English, Scots and Gaelic from Scotland and all around the globe. You can subscribe for only £ 12.00 per year - see the Subscriptions page for details. Details of when we are open for submissions, and how to send your work, are on the Submissions page.
Poetry Scotland was founded in 1997 by Sally Evans and Ian King at Diehard Press and Issues 1 - 100 were edited by Sally and published by Diehard at King's Bookshop in Callander. Since 2020 it has been edited by Andy Jackson and Judy Taylor, with Sheena Blackhall (Doric Adviser) Maggie Rabatski and Maoilios Caimbeul (Gaelic Advisers)
